Our delivery rules are calculated by weight, all delivery costs go straight to our courier Australia Post. In the unlikely case of the box being delivered back to us, a re-delivery can be organised at the receiver's expense.
In order to minimise the shipping fees within Australia, the PaperVibes Team has gone to calculate the most suitable way to organise shipping for you all. We are constantly trying to improve our shipping method and price so please keep UPDATED!
Please make sure you read this carefully before purchasing. Our shipping rule depends on the weight of each product, and some product's weight has been altered to minimise shipping cost when possible. Also, none of our products are under 10 grams in weight. Here are a couple of things to also take note of:
1. If you purchase any products from our store by themselves or along with a PREVIOUS month stationery box, your order will be shipped within three business days. If you purchase anything from our store along with the CURRENT month stationery box, since they will be mailed as one parcel, you will need to wait until the next stationery box delivery date for your shipment. If you would not like to wait and prefer your items to be shipped immediately, please place the order separately from your stationery box.
2. Current stationery box deliveries begin will begin at the start of each month.
3. Our courier for all deliveries is via Australia Post. Therefore all delivery costs incurred are received by auspost and tracking information can also be found online using our provided tracking number. The speed of delivery via auspost and drop off details are all up to auspost and have no relation to PaperVibes. Details can be seen here.
4. We now provide express shipping, which are available as an option for orders under 5kg at an extra cost.
